Who is responsible for your information

TPx Group Ltd is the data controller for information submitted through this website. You can contact us at enquiries@tpx-group.co.uk.

Information we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry type, message and any optional consultancy budget or timeline information you provide. We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry, take steps you request before entering a contract, or pursue our legitimate interest in handling relevant business correspondence.

The website has no submission database and does not enrol you in a mailing list. Contact form content is sent directly to our Proton Mail mailbox using Proton's authenticated email sending service. Cloudflare also processes the security check required to protect the form from abuse.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted from Proton Mail after twelve months unless we need to retain a record for a legal, regulatory or dispute-related reason. If an enquiry leads to work or another business relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained with the records for that relationship.

Analytics and cookies

We do not use optional analytics or tracking on this website at launch. No analytics script is loaded, no analytics preference is stored in your browser and there is no optional analytics cookie control because there is nothing to opt into.

Cloudflare may process request and security information, and may use strictly necessary technologies, to deliver the website and protect the contact form from abuse. These are not used by TPx Group for optional analytics or advertising. We will update this notice and provide an appropriate choice before introducing optional analytics.

Sharing and international processing

Cloudflare provides website delivery and form security. Proton provides authenticated email sending and our mailbox. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards. We do not sell your information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, or request a portable copy. Contactenquiries@tpx-group.co.uk to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
